BRENNAN AND CALEB ON THE MERRY GO ROUND...

THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH CALEB'S HORSE. LOOK AT HIS CHECKS SHAKE!!!!! LOL, HE IS SO CUTE AND DID NOT MIND AT ALL.... THEY BOTH HAD A BLAST AT INCREDIBLE PIZZA. THIS WAS OUR FIRST FUNDAY MONDAY ACTIVITY.... WE DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING FUN EVERY MONDAY WITH THE BOYS.

Here are the men in my life. Enjoying the new specks that Aunt Kathy sent up with mom. Thank you Aunt Kathy. They all looked so cute. Brennan loved the glasses but didn't want a picture in them. This is the best I got of him. Lots of love, ME......

Help! I think it's stuck!!!!!

Sweet baby. Caleb had his 1 year check up today. Hard to believe he is a year old already. They doctor said he looks good, however he is in the smaller range for 1 year olds. Which is odd because Brennan was huge at this age, he was always a couple sizes larger than his age. So far Caleb has followed along pretty nicely. Currently he is wearing 12 month clothes. Which is good. Right now he is sleeping as he is exhausted. Had 4 shots today. He cried and cried, but quickly stopped when it was over and I held him. Wouldn't it be nice if everything could be fixed with a mothers hug. Sure would make raising kids a little easier. Well, I gotta go. Brennan has switched the tv station and it is currently on fuzz, he is walking around saying he broke it and needs a screwdriver to fix it. Right now he is standing with his little nose smashed up on the side of the entertainment center looking at the back of the tv, saying I'm gonna fix the wagon.... lol.... Arn't kids great. Where do they get this stuff, I just love raising boys. Still would like to have a little girl someday though...

Brennan

Brennan has been having a blast. Yesterday he painted a box for Santa to leave him a present in. (We had to help Santa, after all that's alot of wrapping for all the children in the world.) Tuesday he played in a big bowl of salt. Who knew salt could be so much fun. He played for over an hour. He amazes me, I love his imagination and the things he comes up with. He is so much like me it's funny. Strong willed and stubborn, but such a sweatheart. We tend to butt heads at times but I tell myself, he is me made over. What a little blessing!

Counted Blessings

The older I get the more I realize how short life really is. The imporant things start to show more clearer as the haze lifts out of sight. I am realizing that I am truely blessed. Have things gone the way we would of liked in the last couple of years. No. Are we Blessed? Yes..... We have two beautiful healthy boys. They came through their struggles and survived showing themselves to be true fighters. For that I am proud of them. Just think that at this time last year Caleb was hooked up to life support and feeding tubes. Today he sits in our kitchen eating cheese and crackers w/juice. It was a hard time but we came through it. Just as we will overcome this house issue. I just have to remember where my help comes from. It's comes not from man but from GOD alone. He is our provider and help in time of need. Please pray for our family as we continue to go through this. My mom once told me that life is what you make it. I agree with this to a point. You can do your best with what you are given. Not all things can you control. When you cannot control them, place them in the hands of the one that can.
